Auction Terms

No Purchase or Donation Necessary to Enter or Win.  A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning. The Oorah Donor Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Oorah, Inc., 1805 Swarthmore Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701 (“Sponsor”).

• ELIGIBILITY.  The Oorah Auction Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to current legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (“Entrants”).  Void where prohibited.
• SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING.The drawing will be held on the night of May 16, 2026, subject to change upon Sponsor's discretion.
  
  

HOW TO ENTER. All entries must be made subsequent to the "Entry Begins" date and prior to the "Entry Ends" date.
All donors during the above period will be granted an automatic entry to the sweepstakes.

• Automatic Entry Through Telephone Donation. You can start the donation process by calling 877-7-AUCTION and provide the required information to initiate the donation process.
• Automatic Entry Through Texting/Whatsapp Donation.  You can start the donation process by texting or sending a Whatsapp to 732-352-1530 and provide the required information to initiate the donation process.
• Automatic Entry Through Online Donation. You can start the donation process by going online to www.oorahauction.org and fill out the required information to initiate the donation process.
• Automatic Entry Through Mail In Donation. You can start the donation process by mailing in your donation along with the order form available at Sponsor’s office located at 1805 Swarthmore Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701.  Payment can be in the form of a check or credit card.
• Automatic Entry Through In-Person Donation. You can start the donation process by stopping at Sponsor’s office located at 1805 Swarthmore Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701 to make your donation.  Payment can be in the form of a check, credit card or cash.
• Alternative Method of Entry.  You may also enter by mailing a handwritten 3 x 5 card with your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number. to Oorah Donor Sweepstakes, 1805 Swarthmore Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Only one card will be allowed per envelope. The card must specify which prize the entry is for.

Oorah reserves the right to offer special entry periods during certain times, which may result in extra entries for entrants during that time.

All contact information provided must be valid, truthful and current.  Entries submitted must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period.  Mail-in entries must be received no later than Tuesday, May 12, 2026 in order to be entered in the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false.  Persons discovered entering under several names will be disqualified. Only complete valid entries will be accepted. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail.  Such entries are void and will not be accepted.  Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified.  Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.  All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

Canadian residents donations are to Oorah Charitable Organization, B/N 807556071 RR0001 for furtherance of their programs

• SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANT. Each qualified entry will be entered into random drawings for prizes to take place on or about the dates listed in the table below.  Listed below are the prizes and their approximate value.
